The individual living areas develop across a floor plan that is strongly staggered between partition walls running towards the gable end, each comprising its own building cube. Between the closed partition walls, the garden and entrance facades, constructed of a delicate, largely glazed timber frame, and the apartment partition walls are spanned along the eaves. The individual building cubes are staggered in height and each has its own shed roof.
