Holiday Village Twannberg near Biel/Switzerland
The Twannberg holiday village was built on the park-like hillside grounds of the former Twannberg spa hotel (later a holiday colony for children from Biel). It is a nationwide social project with an experimental character, initiated and implemented by five foundations. Here, people with physical and intellectual disabilities spend their holidays together with those without disabilities, enjoying shared experiences that promote their integration into society.
