Operations Building in Nürtingen
The Hauber fashion company's headquarters were built in the newly developed industrial park on Nürtingen's northern bypass, on a level, 32,000 m² site situated in a gentle valley. Adjoining an enclosed truck shunting yard to the north, the main building features an enclosed loading dock with an entrance hall. Administration, a cafeteria, and staff facilities on the upper floor of the loading dock are connected to the four-storey main building via three service cores.
