Administration Building of a Machine Factory in Korschenbroich
The "Rhenish Fittings and Machine Factory Albert Sempell," which had already established its production facilities in Korschenbroich years ago, was forced to relocate its other departments closer to its manufacturing plant due to the inescapable lack of space in Mönchengladbach's city centre. Thus, an atrium-shaped administration building with an inner courtyard was erected on the existing factory site, blending in with the surrounding buildings.
