The "Projekta" office building system was specifically developed to provide office and practice space for smaller businesses and companies (such as insurance companies, tax advisors, architectural firms, and medical practices). The "De Vendelhof" complex is the first office and commercial centre built using this system. The planning was based on the following considerations: Buyers are offered commercial units on their own land as part of a larger complex in park-like surroundings. Each business purchases as many units as it needs, while maintaining its own identity and recognizability. The units can be purchased, accessed, and used individually. Ample parking is available. Key to the building's design was a dynamic grouping of buildings and the possibility of flexible room partitioning.
