The building complex was erected on a flat plot of land bordering a forest, offering unobstructed views on all sides. The garden area, which was adapted to the building complex only through minor earthworks and the planting of a few trees, retains the character of the surrounding woodland and clearing. Within the horseshoe-shaped building structure, the workspaces are arranged according to the office's organizational structure, ensuring varying degrees of connection to the communal areas and leaving space for informal discussions between workstations. The departments for cost estimating, project management, urban planning, construction, interior design, and landscape design are located adjacent to a number of design group rooms.
