The detached house with a doctor's office is located on a quiet street near the centre of Löhne. The requirement for differentiated use and integration of the building into the existing trees resulted in a highly articulated floor plan and elevation. The private living area faces southwest, away from the street, while the medical practice area faces the street. The medical practice is one story high, the residential section two stories. Each room is accentuated by a single, dome-like roof. Access is provided via two separate entrances from the courtyard, which is flanked by the garage and the medical practice wing.
