Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Karlsruhe
A new distribution centre was established in Karlsruhe for the automotive equipment trading division of Robert Bosch GmbH. The facility was built on a 300,000 m² site with excellent transport links to the motorway network and Frankfurt Airport. Key planning principles included developing the most efficient warehouse concept for seamless customer service while taking local conditions into account, creating a humane working environment despite its high functionality, and integrating the large facility into the attractive surrounding landscape.
