New Art Museum Hanover
With the Kunstmuseum Hannover (Museum of Art Hanover) and its Sprengel Collection, another prestigious large-scale building was erected on the northern shore of the artificially created Moschsee lake at Moschpark. Along with the nearby Kestner Museum, the State Museum, the New Town Hall, and other buildings, it significantly shapes this recreational area within the city centre. This ensemble has created a museum district right in the heart of the city, at the transition to the Moschsee recreational area.
