Office Building in the Port of Rotterdam

The seven-storey building with a sawtooth-shaped floor plan is subdivided into the axial longitudinal section and four transverse wings of equal depth and width; the two central wings have five stories, the two outer ones four. The longitudinal section widens between the central transverse wings, where the main access core is located. Between the central and outer transverse wings, it has the same width as the transverse wings; here, the secondary access cores are situated. The two lower stories, set back from the facade and fronted by colonnade-like columns, house parking decks and storage rooms.
