This residential complex, comprising 110 apartments in fourteen groups of buildings, is the result of a competition organized by an institute specializing in new possibilities for wood processing. The housing offers eight apartment types (three- to six-room apartments) that can be flexibly subdivided by the buyer. These two- and three-storey units are staggered in depth at the gable ends and constructed using a frame structure with largely prefabricated wooden components. The ground floor of each building contains the living and dining area with a kitchen, while the upper floors house the master bedroom and children's bedrooms. The bathrooms—kitchen downstairs, bathroom upstairs—are fixed points in the core of the elongated, flexibly subdivided floors.
