Planning: The three levels of this detached single-family home are arranged according to a split-level system, each level offset by half a story. This floor plan allows for a clear separation of the sleeping and living areas. The living room is accentuated and additionally illuminated by a pitched roof structure with a skylight, while the other rooms have flat ceilings. The house has a partial basement on the garden side, containing a large hobby room, storage areas, and a shower room. The outdoor terrace in front of the hobby room is partially covered by the balcony of the children's room.
