The four terraced houses, oriented east-west, are arranged as compact, soundproof units and, with their staggered floors – ground floor, first floor, and attic – are adapted to the gently sloping terrain to the east. Access is via a private driveway running along the east side. Each house has five rooms. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall and cloakroom, kitchen, dining and living room with an open fireplace; the first floor contains a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, a bathroom, and a shower room; and the attic features a finished guest room and a spare room for one or two additional bedrooms. The basement houses the communal areas for all four houses (air raid shelter, hobby room, storage, laundry, drying room, boiler room, and oil tank room). Each house has a parking space at its entrance. Both the east and west sides of the houses feature covered outdoor spaces in the form of pergolas projecting from the building on the ground floor and balconies on the first floor.
