Terraced Housing Complex in Sindelfingen
The starting point for the planning of this terraced housing development in Sindelfingen/Sommerhofen was the idea of reconciling the desire for a detached house with the best possible use of the plot. The two-storey terraced house design combines the advantages of various housing types: detached house, atrium house, bungalow, and terraced house. Each house differs slightly in its floor plan and layout. The apartments—with 5, 5.5, and 6 rooms—varie in six living space sizes: 122.16 sq m, 125.25 sq m, 126.82 sq m, 137.26 sq m, 175.76 sq m, and 180.26 sq m (see floor plans).
