Cultural and Educational Centre in Perchtoldsdorf near Vienna
The competition brief for the cultural and educational centre in the market town of Perchtoldsdorf (approx. 13,000 inhabitants) called for a multi-purpose building that would offer opportunities for adult and youth classes in the form of evening courses, as well as for public and private events. The project developed based on this brief includes an eight-grade elementary school with a focus on music (individual lessons and orchestra), painting, drawing, modelling, language courses, etc., as well as rooms for club and educational events, concerts, theatre performances, lectures, festivals, conferences, etc.
