"Sun Pit House" in Munich-Pasing
This condominium building is situated on a gently sloping plot of approximately 1,400 square metres in the Pasing district of Munich, directly adjacent to the city park (built-up area approximately 520 square metres). The building complex comprises a basement level, a ground floor, and an upper floor (converted attic) with a total of seven condominiums of various floor plans. Its narrow, closed gable facade faces the street. All living spaces open onto the garden along the broad side of the building. In front of these spaces, on all levels, are screened outdoor areas: sunken garden terraces, the so-called "sunbathing areas," on the basement level, and spacious balconies on the upper and attic floors.
