Architect-designed House with Studio
On the narrow plot, the residential wing faces southwest, overlooking the Rhine. The studio wing faces northeast towards the street. Two open parking spaces and a shared garden area shield this section from the street. Dividing the building volume into two separate functional areas, each with its own privacy, allows for alternative uses. The spatial structure is defined by staggered levels with open balustrades and by the large, glazed gable ends. The entire building is based on a footprint of 11.5 x 24 cm. All widths, lengths, and heights are precisely aligned with this footprint.
