The architect's house stands on level ground at the edge of a high riverbank. The house's location and height were determined by building lines and the existing mature trees. The charm of the park-like grounds and the residents' desire to live in close contact with the landscape, while simultaneously overcoming the limitations of the living space through a design that expands the room's dimensions, resulted in a semi-open floor plan. This plan offers both a private sphere and a spacious area that opens wide to the landscape, conducive to social activities.
