Administration Building in Lüneburg
The proximity to the old town precluded tower-like designs. The building consists of an elongated main structure with up to eight stories and two wings extending to the east and west. The lower floors enclose a low-rise building. The basement houses: technical facilities, computer systems, library, archives, workshops, printing press, and photography department; the ground floor contains: cafeteria, café, meeting rooms, and training rooms.
