Use: This two-storey, rectangular house with approximately 130 square metres of living space was built as a prototype for a steel-framed residential construction system. The ground floor, comprising an entrance hall, living and sleeping areas, kitchen, and bathroom, surrounds an exterior, covered gallery. A spiral staircase leads to the basement, which contains a hobby room, sauna, and storage rooms. The interior and partition walls can be freely positioned and modified. Only the positions of the kitchen and bathroom units are fixed. Dimensions: Rectangular floor plan with external dimensions of 7.20 x 18.00 m without the gallery or 9.60 x 20.40 m with the gallery. Column grid: 3.60 x 3.60 m. Height above ground: 3.10 m. Floor heights: 2.80 m on the ground floor, 2.50 m in the basement. Clear ceiling heights: 2.40 m on the ground floor, 2.35 m in the basement.
