Use: Administrative building of an advertising television company, comprising a three-storey structure with a partial basement, consisting of several hexagonal units staggered upwards. The ground floor houses the entrance, offices, meeting rooms, film storage, and a cafeteria. The first floor contains additional offices, conference rooms, and storage areas. The second floor contains a screening room, bar, and technical rooms. The basement houses an archive, material storage, and an underground parking garage. Roof terraces are located on the first and second floors. Courtyards provide natural light to the interior spaces. The core contains the stairwell and elevator. Restrooms on the ground and first floors are grouped together.
