Administration Building of a Machine Factory in Aerzen
Planning concept: The administration building is a two-storey complex with approximately 170 workstations, consisting of a continuous central access zone with office wings arranged in a comb-like pattern on both sides. The highly articulated structure integrates harmoniously into the surrounding small-scale development and blends seamlessly with the greenery of the existing park, which extends into the open spaces. At the same time, parts of the production facilities are screened from street view.
