Synthetic resin films for coating wood-based materials, produced in the adjacent older building, are cut into transportable and storable formats in the western part of the building, stacked and loaded in the eastern part. The upper floor of the western part contains staff facilities, as well as a basement level gained by a change in elevation, providing storage and ancillary rooms. Two elevator and stair towers at the front of the west side are constructed of reinforced concrete with an external brick facade, in keeping with the existing buildings.
