Single-Family House in Karlsruhe
This detached house is located in the old centre of the linear village of Rüppurr on the southern edge of Karlsruhe. The property extends approximately 85 metres from the village street towards the Alb River. For the neighboring new buildings behind the old houses along the street, only one and a half stories with flat roofs were permitted. For this house, permission was obtained for a pitched roof, as it blends in better with the existing buildings and creates a more harmonious transition to the Alb landscape.
