The roof structure is designed as a rafter roof with tie rods. Rafters are 3"/8" 7.5" (20 cm) wide, spaced 40 cm apart. The tie rod is made partly of steel and partly of wood. For horizontal bracing in the transverse direction, the rafters are connected to high-level purlins. The projecting rafter ends at the eaves are connected to the wall posts with a diagonal brace, creating a frame effect for wind load transfer. Longitudinal wind load transfer is achieved through visible diagonal braces in the exterior walls.
