The Putzbrunn residential complex on Tannenstraße comprises a total of 30 detached houses, 19 of which are terraced houses, 5 atrium houses, and 6 split-level houses. The terraced and semi-detached houses have the same floor plan as those in the Ottobrunn residential complex. The split-level house (Type D) was developed as a new house type specifically for this complex. It combines the advantages of a terraced house with those of an atrium house. The various living spaces are distributed across four levels, with the staircases integrated into the living and working areas. The garden is spread over two levels.
