The L-shaped houses – Type A – consist of a two-storey and a single-storey section, arranged at an angle around a living terrace. The living room area is sunken, and the garden is terraced, allowing direct light to reach the hobby room with its outdoor access. The atrium house – Type B – encloses a garden courtyard. By lowering the living room area, the dining area and bar, as well as the hobby room, receive direct light. A small loggia extends from the sleeping area. The terraced houses – Type C – are staggered to create a private courtyard. By offsetting the floors by half a story each, the living, dining, and sleeping areas are particularly closely connected. The hobby room also benefits from direct light.
