Cemetery Buildings in Paris-Joncherolles
The new Joncheralle Cemetery, completed in 1977, serves the St. Denis, St. Quen, Pierrefitte, and Villateneuse districts on the northern edge of Paris. The layout of the 25-hectare flat site corresponds to that of traditional park cemeteries: ground burials, urn and casket burials in communal vaults, a crematorium, a hall for funeral services, a mortuary with ancillary rooms, administrative and service areas, six shops selling cemetery supplies, and eleven apartments.
