House in Belgien
This detached house is located in Wemmel, a suburb of Brussels. Designed in a bungalow style (approximately 500 sq m of living space, including a terrace), it was built for a young couple with diverse cultural, social, and community ambitions: these include working with youth groups, including providing accommodation, fostering children, and a strong commitment to hospitality with the capacity to host numerous guests. The spatial layout had to be adapted to this lifestyle and the residents' various activities – especially with a view to ensuring smooth management largely without external assistance.
