The 972 sq m plot is located on the northern edge of the Ruhr region, 15 km from Gelsenkirchen city centre and bordering the Hoard recreation area. Its favorable orientation and the adjacent road to the north necessitated opening the living area to the south, east, and west. The individually tailored, open, yet differentiated spatial structure is reflected in the multifaceted cubic articulation of the building complex.
