Student Residence in Virum/Denmark
The Viggo Jarls College, a relatively small student residence, was built on a beautifully situated site in Virum, about 15 km north of Copenhagen. The architecturally diverse complex comprises 48 student rooms and 3 sculpture studios located around courtyards. In four buildings grouped around a central courtyard, 12 combined living and sleeping rooms are grouped together, each with its own kitchen and a dining/common room. Every student room has a bathroom and toilet (16 rooms also have their own kitchen) and direct access to a covered balcony or terrace.
