The low-rise building consists of a two-hinged frame structure in the transverse direction. With a free span of 24.60 m, the frame spacing is 5.00 m. Particular emphasis was placed on relatively slender columns (HE-200 B) in relation to the frame beam (HE-800 A) in order to subtly divide the floor-to-ceiling, continuous glazing. Longitudinal stabilization is achieved via roof trusses and three concrete cores. The stabilizing element of the multi-storey structure consists of two central concrete cores, each measuring 2.50 m x 5.00 m, extending to a height of +21.00 m, i.e., the top of the fourth floor. These cores house the stairwell, elevator shaft, and sanitary facilities. Four cantilevered truss girders, 17.50 m long and 3.07 m high, intersect the concrete cores at right angles to each other. Edge truss girders of the same dimensions connect the cantilevered ends to form the square floor plan.
