Local Authority Süderelbe, Hamburg
The local authority building is located within the developing town centre of Neugraben. The building complex (local authority office and police station) is situated at the end of a pedestrian street leading from Neugraben train station. Within this urban context, the project aims to assert a distinctive identity through its strong architectural presence, standing out against the existing, more open development.
