Residential Building in Mondorf/Rhine

The house was built on a relatively challenging corner plot in Mondorf, near the Rhine, with existing buildings right up to the property line. The building's height, achieved through staggered floors, is designed to harmonize with the surrounding structures, largely concealing the unsightly gable along the long side of the property. The terracing was dictated by the required setback distances. The building has three stories. Almost all roof surfaces are designed as terraces. The uppermost terrace is accessed via a freestanding spiral staircase located on the third-floor terrace.
