The house is situated on a relatively flat, half-hectare plot with a southern exposure, nestled within park-like vegetation. Access from the street is via the northeast corner of the property. The floor plan – designed for a family with three young children – was quite comprehensive and varied. Reflecting the southern exposure, the main rooms of the building complex are oriented towards the south.
