The house was built in an old, approximately 4,000 square metre Franconian orchard. The existing trees and the new building were carefully integrated. The entrance gable is situated between two rows of trees. The access path, made of mineral concrete, rises gently with shallow palisade steps and is bordered to the east by the garage. A draw well and a bakehouse complete the small farmstead. The boundary with the street is planted with flowering shrubs and wild roses.
