Senior Apartments in Grevenbroich-Elsen
On a corner plot, 38 apartments for seniors were built in a self-contained, staggered building complex (two to four stories) with varying heights and depths, along with five privately financed apartments. The senior apartments are divided into 26 single-person and 12 two-person apartments. The basement level, with access to the garden, contains two common rooms and a therapy room. Despite the comprehensive funding regulations, which specify every room size down to the layout of the kitchen furnishings, the staggered depths and heights of the apartments, arranged around a central stairwell, resulted in distinct and differentiated living units.
