Youth Residential Centre in Würzburg

The Würzburg Youth Center is designed for approximately 100 young people, both boys and girls, who are either apprentices or socially disadvantaged individuals undergoing a resocialization process. It was planned based on an educational concept developed jointly by educators, sociologists, and psychologists. The following goals were formulated: the centre should initiate social learning processes, prevent a ghetto-like atmosphere, and promote active engagement with the outside world, while also exploring new approaches to youth work.
