The house is situated on open land, close to the slope of a hill; a little further away is a cluster of single-family homes. Building regulations imposed strict restrictions, stipulating a maximum height of 8 metres; the height of any roof sections exceeding this was also limited. The ground floor comprises the living areas, a studio, and the entrance area. The upper floor contains the bedrooms with their adjoining rooms. All floors are connected by a spiral staircase in the centre of the house. The ground and basement levels were designed to extend outwards into courtyards, creating a distinct and harmonious design that reflects the overall form and materials of the house.
