The new church community centre, including a kindergarten, serves the Protestant congregation in the Bleiche-Bürkle district, where approximately 4,500 of the roughly 8,000 residents belong to the parish. A roughly 120-acre, level special development area on the northern edge of the district was designated for the construction of this centre, of which approximately 40% has been built upon. The community centre and kindergarten form a single building complex. To the south lies the primary and secondary school, and to the west, one-and-a-half-storey residential buildings. The building complex to the east, bordering a stream, is connected to the rest of the residential area by a bridge.
