The building is surrounded on all sides by a roadway from which the individual operational functions are accessed: 1. Waste paper collection, visitor and office entrance, magazine delivery. 2. Staff entrance, goods lift, waste collection. 3. Returns delivery. 4. Magazine collection, driver waiting room. Corresponding to the operational functions, the complex is divided into a multi-storey building (ground floor: entrance and deliveries; first floor: offices; top floor: caretaker's and site manager's apartments; basement: social and technical rooms) and two delivery and collection halls.
