The building is to be constructed with three or four stories according to a split-level system; the floor levels differ by half a story height between the two units of the building. Short ramps for the entrances and exits, as well as passageways within the garage, are advantageous for traffic flow. Each of the garage units has its own entrance and exit. Traffic between the units is not possible.
