Homeownership Group in Munich
The residential complex consists of four units each, arranged in staggered rows with inner courtyards, built on two adjacent plots of 3000 square metres each in a landscaped area with mature trees. The private outdoor areas of each house are screened by wooden palisades. The surrounding areas are open, reflecting the principles of landscape design. The existing trees were largely preserved. Access to the apartments is via paved pathways with brick slabs. All courtyards and patios are covered with pressure-treated wooden decking.
