The Hasenberg in Steinhausen, a suburb of Zug, is a slight elevation on the northern shore of Lake Zug, immediately north of the village centre. It is accessed via a west-east bypass running between the Hasenberg-South and Hasenberg-North residential areas, connecting to the Zurich-Lucerne motorway, and a new road leading into the village centre. Further up the slope, to the northeast, lie areas of single-family homes, and to the north, open agricultural land bordered by moraine hills. The land to the south and west is partly built upon and partly designated as a building zone.
