This residential complex with 19 units was built on a relatively small site adjacent to a newly constructed church. The urban planning concept aimed to integrate the church and the residential buildings as a cohesive whole, yet in a dynamic contrast. The residential units are grouped around an internal pedestrian street that leads into a roundabout and are surrounded by local streets. Each unit consists of two right-angled, diagonally offset structures, linked by an octagonal tower. Each of these structures embraces the tower on three sides: the single-storey section with kitchen and garage on one side, and the two-storey section with a living and dining room on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the upper floor on the other.
