Bread Factory in Makarska/Croatia
This bread, pastry, and confectionery factory supplies the entire Makarska coastal region, meeting peak demand for baked goods during the high season. The factory has a working area of approximately 2,800 square metres spread over three floors. It is situated on a relatively small hillside plot above the town of Makarska, at the foot of a mountain range. Designated as a tourist service zone, the area slopes steeply down to the main coastal road, to which it is connected by an approximately 600-metre-long access road. The property is bordered by an olive grove on the east side and a dense coniferous forest on the west.
