This administrative building of a large furniture company is located near the factory outside the city. The two-storey building is designed as an open-plan office, with the layout centred around a central courtyard. The ground floor houses the reception area, a 1000 sq m showroom (designed to be converted into an open-plan office later), the technical department, data processing, and offices for general services, as well as a transformer station and garages. The upper floor contains the cafeteria, another open-plan office, and three executive offices.
