All building types are based on identical floor plan elements in reinforced concrete shear wall construction. Statically independent frame structures. The 79 standard balconies (4125 x 1580 mm) and the 9 corner balconies, made of steel, rest partly as edge loads on the slabs and partly on columns. The foundations are reinforced strip footings. All load-bearing elements are made of reinforced concrete or concrete (all-concrete construction). The non-load-bearing interior walls are made of aerated concrete or gypsum wall elements. The concrete work was executed with particular precision to ensure an exact connection of the steel panel facade.
