Housing Development in Hengelo
The "Kasbah" is located in the east of Hengelo, in the transition zone between the city and the Drienerlo countryside. Originally, a 16-storey residential tower was planned for the site. Based on the fundamental requirements of truly livable housing, "not a residential area was built here, but a diverse, publicly oriented urban space where one can also live well."
