The building's exterior is defined by the three-storey double columns projecting 1.30 m from the facade and the visible ends of the split ceiling beams. The third floor cantilevers 1.80 m over the exterior columns. Inside, four reinforced concrete cores support a four- or six-storey truss structure built on a 5.40 x 5.40 m grid. Transversely, main beams are spaced 5.40 m and 10.80 m apart, with varying spans of 5.40 m, 10.80 m, and 16.20 m depending on the room's function. Longitudinal secondary beams are spaced 2.70 m apart.
